Labor Link Podcast

The Labor Link podcast lifts up the voices of worker organizers and labor rights advocates in the global South. Podcast host Judy Gearhart interviews guests about their lives and struggles to organize, bargain collectively, and seek remedy for rights abuses.

This podcast touches on many aspects of the global economy – corporate accountability, trade policy, and the international human rights norms meant to protect workers from abuse. But at the end of the day, it’s about workers building power. To do that, these organizers and advocates are challenging the policies, programs, and powerholders that limit their ability to organize and bargain collectively for a decent wage and safe working conditions.
